The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry provides professional nano brow services in Nevada and California on select travel dates, with online consultations and in-person appointments. The business operates under a Nevada-registered LLC.

At this time, services are limited to nano brow artistry only. Future offerings may include in-person nano brow trainings and advanced private sessions for artists who have previously completed a course.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

All appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Clients may inquire via text, however online booking is strongly encouraged to ensure accuracy and availability.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit:

  • Reserves your time and service

  • Is applied toward the total cost of your appointment

  • Is non-refundable once inside the cancellation window

Because The Brow Sage works on a limited weekly schedule, appointment times cannot be held without commitment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens and do our best to be fair while protecting our time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance
    → Deposit may be refunded minus a 5% processing fee, or applied toward a future appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment time
    → Deposit is forfeited.

This policy exists because last-minute cancellations cannot be filled and result in uncompensated time.

NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

  • No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

  • The Brow Sage reserves the right to decline future bookings following a no-show.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled at the artist’s discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited, as late arrivals impact the entire schedule.

Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods at the appointment:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Credit card (3% processing fee applies)

The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

RESULTS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY

By booking a service with The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry, you acknowledge and agree that cosmetic tattooing is a personal, elective procedure and that results vary from client to client.

You understand and accept that:

  • Final results cannot be guaranteed

  • Color retention, shape, symmetry, and healing outcomes vary

  • Skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing response affect results

  • Touch-ups may be required to achieve desired outcomes

By proceeding with treatment, you assume full responsibility for your decision to receive nano brow services and accept the inherent risks associated with cosmetic tattooing.

The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, subjective expectations, or outcomes that are within the normal range of the procedure.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or legal action arising from:

  • Results you consider undesirable

  • Healing outcomes

  • Color changes or fading

  • Individual skin reactions

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions

By booking and receiving services, you agree that you will not pursue legal action for outcomes that fall within the accepted and disclosed nature of cosmetic tattooing.

HEALTH DISCLOSURE & CONSENT

Clients are required to complete an intake and consent form prior to their appointment.

By booking, clients agree they are responsible for:

  • Fully disclosing relevant medical conditions or contraindications

  • Following all pre- and post-care instructions provided

  • Understanding the nature of cosmetic tattooing and the healing process

Failure to disclose medical information may affect results and void responsibility on the part of The Brow Sage.

REFUNDS

  • Deposits are refundable only if canceled more than 48 hours in advance, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • No refunds are provided for services rendered.

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation first before pursuing legal action.

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Recording of appointments or trainings without consent is prohibited.

MEDIA & TESTIMONIALS

By booking an appointment with The Brow Sage – Nano Artistry, you agree to grant permission for the use of non-identifying photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise selected or declined on the intake form.

This may include:

  • Before-and-after photos

  • Close-up images of work performed

  • Written or verbal testimonials

  • Website, social media, or educational materials

No identifying information will be shared without explicit written consent. Client preferences selected on the intake form will always be honored.

COMMUNICATION

Primary communication is conducted via booking platform or text.
Responses occur during business hours only.

The Brow Sage does not provide emergency services.
